Honorary Associate Professor Colin Kennard served 35 years in the Department of Chemistry as a crystallographer and is now retired. His talk on "Australian Inventions" will cover unique Pharmaceuticals such as Relenza and Gardasil, Equipment like Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy and WiFi, Techniques such as Fermiscan for detecting breast cancer, and unique Products in the field of uranium isotope separation, solar cells, and ways to store radioactive waste.
