The Australia New Zealand Applied Probability Workshop will be held at The University of Queensland from 8-11 July, 2013. Sponsored by the UQ School of Mathematics and Physics, the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute, and the Institute of Mathematical Statistics, the workshop aims to bring together researchers in the field of applied probability from the region and elsewhere. The scope includes stochastic financial models, queueing theory, actuarial science, stochastic biological models, Monte-Carlo methods, inference for stochastic models, general applied probability and related fields and applications.
