Who to contact for help
If you are having difficulty with anything to do with your studies here is a quick guide to people who can help. Remember, the sooner you seek help, the sooner we can help resolve the issue. Generally, the School is responsible for general course and program information. Student should approach the School's Student Admin Office for assistance with:
- enrolment in courses which require permission from Head of School, and
- submission of application forms for admission to honours and postgraduate programs.
Students need to approach the Science Faculty office for enquiries in relation to:
- award of credit for previous study
- withdrawl without academic penalty (where permission is required)
- variation to program requirements
- appeals against exclusion , and
- graduation matters.
If you have an enquiry about any other matter not listed, or you're not sure what your issues relates to, talk to your academic adviser or speak with the staff in the School's Student Admin office.
