Dr. Christohe Pinte, Monash University "Gaps, rings and spirals in protoplanetary discs: evidence of planets?" 11am 15/02/2019
The next Physics Colloquium will be held on Friday 15th February. Dr. Christophe Pinte from Monash University will talk about the phenomena occurring during the birth of planets and the underlying principle of the interesting structures formed by the newborn planets. The speaker will talk about an algorithm that simulates these cosmic phenomena to explore more insights about the early planet formation.
