Classroom Inclusivity Information

The School of Mathematics and Physics (SMP) wants our classrooms to be a caring, inclusive and empowering environment for all students. Here you can find information to help you recognise instances of unacceptable behaviour in the classroom, such as discrimination, harassment, and bullying. There are also suggestions for a range of actions to take if you experience or witness such behaviour.

Please tell your instructor or course coordinator if you have any concerns, or contact an SMP Inclusivity Champion. See the links below for more detailed information.

For further information about student support at UQ outside of SMP, please see Student Advice and Welfare.
