Project level: Honours, Summer

A number of Honours and Summer projects are available in the Quantum Device Laboratory, The University of Queensland. The student will have unique opportunity to work with state of the art microwave test and cryogenic equipment and get involved in cutting edge research in the area of superconducting quantum devices.

We seek motivated students with strong interests in experimental physics and engineering. The projects topics can include:

  • designing and building electrical and mechanical elements of the measurement setup;
  • developing measurement software;
  • design and simulation of quantum circuits.
