Monica is the co-founder of EdgeRed, a boutique Australian consultancy helping organisations use data and AI to solve real-world problems. With a background spanning Deloitte, Quantium, and Macquarie Bank, she brings over a decade of experience in analytics and strategy across sectors from finance to retail. EdgeRed currently employs over 60 data specialists across Australia. Monica also serves on the boards of AMSI and AustMS, championing pathways for women and young professionals in STEM.

Prishilla Azalia
Senior Consultant, EdgeRed
Prishilla is a Senior Consultant at EdgeRed, where she helps clients translate data into actionable insights that drive growth and innovation. With experience across retail, non-for-profit, banking and finance, she’s passionate about using analytics to solve complex business challenges and mentoring the next generation of data professionals. Prishilla leads EdgeRed's graduate development program — helping new analysts build the technical, commercial, and consulting skills to thrive in the industry.
