Abstract:
We’ll explore whether you really want to work in investment banking, getting the job, moving past the first few years and what investment banking can teach you about succeeding in life generally.
Bio:
Randell Heyman has an actuarial degree and worked in the Macquarie Bank dealing room for 17 years setting up ground-breaking trading businesses. These included interest rate swaps, arbitrage, inflation indexed bonds, and agricultural and energy derivatives. He subsequently privately consulted to regulators, energy companies and finance industry entities. Post retirement, he has studied pure mathematics and currently does research in number theory.
