SMP academic and UQ Fellow, Dr Ebinazar Namdas will be leading the project "Large Area Opto-Electronics (LAOE) for Australia and India" which is one of seven successfully funded projects nationwide under the Australia-India Strategic Research Fund (AISRF) scheme announced in April. The Indian partner institute is CSIR-National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST). Australian Government funding is $1 million, matched from the Indian Government.
