In this project we simulate the dynamics of the actin filament network in living cells in order to investigate the emergence of sub-cellular structures such as filopodia, contractile rings, stress fibers, etc. The simulations will be based on Brownian dynamics simulations of particle models for fibers, motors and linker proteins
