Various models have been introduced in regard of epidemiology, among those the SIR model and different generalisations. In recent year, connections with Hamiltonian formalism and Poisson structures was pointed out for some of the models. This allows to conjecture that the Hamiltonian formalism play a broader role. The project will be devoted to classify such models and to develop methods for their solution via analytic and algebraic approaches.
