Physics Major student wins thesis prize

Daniel Muthukrishna, BE/BSc student, was recently awarded the 2016 Student Thesis prize for the best engineering student thesis from the Queensland chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).  Daniel's thesis project was supervised by Physics academic, Dr David Parkinson. Read more about Daniel's achievement. He is currently in Chile at the Gemini South Observatory.
